Some application templates on the Aegilume platform are licensed under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0, which permits their use solely for personal learning, research, testing, and other non-commercial purposes.

This notice applies exclusively to Aegilume templates explicitly marked with a "non-commercial license." The specific terms of authorization are governed by the information provided on the template's detail page, the LICENSE file contained within the template's code directory, and any relevant copyright notices.

一、Permitted non-commercial uses

Subject to compliance with these instructions and the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0, you may, free of charge:

1. View, download, copy, and run templates;

2. Use the template for personal learning, technical research, and functional testing;

3. Make non-commercial modifications, adaptations, and derivative developments of the Template;

4. Use the Template for personal creative works, non-professional projects, or non-profit public displays;

5. Share the Template or non-commercial results derived from the Template, provided that the original copyright notice and the full text of this License are retained;

6. Educational institutions, research institutions, charitable organizations, public service agencies, or government entities may use the Template, provided such use complies with the definition of "Non-Commercial Use" under this License.

Any use beyond the scope defined above (including but not limited to commercial use, sublicensing, distribution, or hosting services) requires a separate written commercial license agreement obtained in advance from the rights holder.

二、Prohibited Commercial Uses

Unless a separate written commercial license agreement is executed by the corresponding rights holder, the Licensee shall not use this Non-Commercial Template (including any derivative works based on the Template) for any of the following purposes:

1. Paid products, paid services, commercial projects, or functional modules that require payment to access;

2. Project development, customization, or any commercial deliverables for clients;

3. Use in the production environment, internal operations, business processes, or business activities of any legal person, unincorporated organization, or individual industrial and commercial household;

4. Advertising, membership, subscription, commission, value-added services, or other business models aimed at generating profit;

5. SaaS services, enterprise solutions, or other commercial software;

6. Selling, renting, sublicensing, or offering the Template for paid download;

7. Providing paid technical development, deployment, training, maintenance, or technical support services related to the Template;

8. Any other usage scenarios that directly or indirectly bring commercial benefits, economic gains, or competitive advantages to the user.

If it is uncertain whether a specific use constitutes a commercial use, the user shall contact the Aegilume platform in writing for confirmation prior to use. In the absence of such confirmation, the rights holder may claim liability for breach of contract and remedies for infringement in accordance with these terms.

三、Commercial Use Authorization

1. This Template is released under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0. Users may only use it free of charge within the scope of non-commercial uses as defined by that license and this description;

2. If the Template is to be used for any commercial purpose, the user must separately comply with the Aegilume Template Commercial License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Commercial License") independently issued by the rights holder, and obtain commercial authorization under the conditions stipulated therein;

3. Until the user signs the Commercial License Agreement with the rights holder and satisfies the payment and other effectiveness conditions as agreed, the user shall not use templates marked as "Non-Commercial License" for any commercial activities;

4. The license under the Non-Commercial License does not automatically extend to commercial uses merely because the user has submitted an application for commercial authorization. Before the Commercial License Agreement becomes effective, the scope of the original non-commercial license remains unchanged, and the prohibition on commercial use continues to apply;

5. The rights holder reserves the right to decide, at their sole discretion, whether to grant a commercial license, as well as the scope, term, and consideration thereof, without being required to provide reasons to the applicant.

四、Copyright and License Notice

The copyright of this Template is held by the copyright owner, and the license is granted under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0. Any person who copies, modifies, adapts, distributes, or shares this Template shall comply with the following obligations:

1. Retain the original copyright notice of the Template; no deletion, concealment, or alteration shall be made;

2. Retain the complete text or official valid link of the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0;

3. Retain the statutory notice statement beginning with "Required Notice:" in the Template; no deletion or omission shall be made;

4. If material modifications, adjustments, or derivative adaptations are made to this Template, the modified content and modifications shall be clearly and explicitly identified;

5. Ensure that subsequent recipients who obtain this Template (including derivative or modified versions) can fully access the license terms applicable under this Agreement.

Rules for commercial use:
Any use of this Template for commercial purposes (including but not limited to using the Template in commercial transactions, project delivery, paid consulting, external contract execution, or any other scenarios that directly or indirectly generate commercial revenue) is not within the scope of authorization of this Non-Commercial License. Any commercial use shall be separately applied for and authorized in writing by the copyright owner prior to such use; without written permission, no commercial use shall be undertaken.

五、User-Generated Content

1. All intellectual property rights in business data, text, images, designs, code, and other content independently created by the User and not containing the Template or other protected subject matters shall belong to the User or their lawful rights holder.

2. The User's modification or secondary development of this Template shall not constitute a transfer of the copyright in the original content of this Template. If the derivative work resulting from such modification contains the content or a substantial portion thereof of this Template, such derivative work shall remain subject to this License Agreement.

六、Third-Party Content

1. This Template may contain or incorporate third-party software packages, open-source components, fonts, images, icons, and other third-party resources.

2. The aforementioned third-party content is subject to the license agreements and terms of use independently established by their respective rights holders. The User shall independently review and strictly comply with the copyright notices and license conditions of the corresponding third parties. This License Agreement does not modify or alter the scope of authorization and terms of use of any third-party content.

七、Trademarks and Brand

1. This License only grants permission to use the relevant content under the Template and does not grant any rights to use the "Aegilume", or any related trademarks, logos, trade names, domain names, or brand visual identifiers.

2. Without the prior written consent of the rights holder, the User shall not undertake any of the following acts:

3. Conduct any business activities in the name of the Aegilume platform;

4. Use the Aegilume brand in product names, trademark identifiers, or promotional materials;

5. By express or implied means, cause others to mistakenly believe that the User's products have obtained official certification, endorsement, or joint operation authorization from the Aegilume platform.

八、Platform Services

1. The license granted under this Agreement with respect to the Template content is independent of the accounts, cloud resources, databases, storage, application deployment, and other online services provided by the Aegilume platform; the two constitute separate legal relationships. The effectiveness of the license for Template content shall not automatically extend to the various online services of the platform.

2. This License does not confer upon the User the right to use the aforementioned online services of the Aegilume platform free of charge, permanently, or without limitation. All matters relating to the activation, use, pricing, modification, and termination of the platform's various services shall be governed by the service agreements, service rules, product plan descriptions then in effect on the Aegilume platform, as well as the valid order agreements between the parties.

3. The User's use of the various online services of the Aegilume platform shall be subject to all applicable terms and conditions of the platform; the license terms of the Template shall not be construed as modifying or waiving the User's obligations under the platform service agreements, nor shall they serve as a basis for asserting rights related to platform services.

九、Disclaimer

1. The Template is provided "AS-IS" without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the copyright owner of the Template makes no express or implied warranties regarding the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, stability, security, compatibility, uninterrupted availability, absence of defects, non-infringement, absence of vulnerabilities, or absence of viruses of the Template.

2. The User expressly acknowledges and agrees that all acts of using, modifying, secondary developing, deploying, launching, providing services to third parties, and commercializing based on this Template shall be undertaken at the User's sole risk and with full legal responsibility. The User shall, prior to use, publication, or deployment, independently complete code review, security testing, compatibility verification, compliance validation, business adaptation testing, risk assessment, and qualification self-examination.

十、License Effectiveness

1. The Chinese language provisions of this Agreement serve solely as an auxiliary interpretation and supplementary specification of the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0 and shall not supersede or invalidate the full legal effect of the official license agreement. This Agreement shall not narrow the lawful rights enjoyed by the Licensee under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0.

2. If the Chinese language provisions of this Agreement diminish or restrict the rights previously granted to the User under the official English original text of the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0, and a discrepancy or conflict in interpretation arises, the official English original text of such license shall prevail.

3. For matters not addressed in the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0, this Agreement may impose additional obligations and usage restrictions. Where the provisions of this Agreement are more stringent than those of the original license, such additional restrictions shall be binding on the User.

4. This Agreement governs only matters relating to the non-commercial use of the Template. The authorization, rights and obligations, and related rules for commercial use of the Template shall be uniformly governed by the separate Aegilume Template Commercial License Agreement and are not within the scope of this Non-Commercial License Agreement.

5. The non-commercial license regime and the commercial license regime are independent of and distinct from each other. The User shall not invoke the provisions of this Non-Commercial License to assert rights for commercial use, nor shall the User evade the obligations and restrictions under this Agreement.
