I. Scope of Application

This policy applies globally to the [AI Programming] services we provide to you through our website. If we or our affiliates have separately established privacy policies for specific services, those respective services shall be governed by their corresponding privacy policies. The features and services offered by Aegilume across different product forms and versions may vary, and they may also differ based on the laws and regulations of your country or region. For instance, if certain forms or versions do not include particular features, the collection of related personal information will not apply. This policy does not extend to services provided by third parties (such as third-party SDKs/interfaces we integrate or services independently operated by third parties). Any processing of personal information and protective measures implemented by such third parties in their services shall be subject to the third party’s own privacy policy or similar documents.

II. Information Collection and Use

When you use this service, the personal information we need or may need to collect and use falls into the following two categories:

  1. To enable us to provide you with the basic functions of this service and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, you must authorize us to collect and use the necessary information. If you refuse to provide such information, you will be unable to use this service normally.

  2. To enable the additional features of this service, you may choose to separately consent to or decline our collection and use of certain information. If you refuse to provide such information, you will be unable to normally use the relevant additional features or achieve the intended functionality; however, this will not affect your ability to use our basic features.

We primarily collect your information through the following two methods:

(1)Information you voluntarily provide to us while using Aegilume products;

(2)During your use of Aegilume products, we will automatically collect relevant information, such as operation logs or other log‑type data.

(1) Registration and Login

When you create an account on Aegilume, you must provide a valid mobile phone number for your country or region (we support receiving verification codes in accordance with the local dialing rules), set a username, and use it to receive verification codes during registration, login, account binding, and password recovery. Your mobile number will also serve as one of the contact methods we designate for receiving relevant service notifications, such as new product launches, service updates, and marketing promotions. If you refuse to provide the aforementioned information, you will be unable to register an Aegilume account.

After completing account registration and login, you can go to your personal center to set a nickname, upload a profile picture, link third-party platform accounts, and customize your account settings.

(2) Providing Aegilume-related services

During your use of Aegilume-related services, we will receive the following information you provide:

1、The text, code, images, files, and other information you upload or enter

Aegilume’s related services rely on your content uploads and inputs. We need to collect and store the code, text, images, files, preset instructions, and other information you provide when interacting with Aegilume. Based on your input and leveraging generative AI technology, Aegilume will generate and return content tailored to your needs. If you choose not to provide the aforementioned information, you will be unable to access services such as code generation, intelligent editing, and document workflows. To enable you to review and manage this information at any time, we will log your AI conversation history with Aegilume products, along with the conversation topics derived from the above‑mentioned data, and present them to you.

On the condition that the input content has been de-identified and cannot be used to re-identify any specific individual, we may randomly sample a small portion of the input content and conversation context for product analysis, model evaluation, and feature optimization, in order to further improve the model’s response performance, such as enhancing dialogue quality and response speed. If you do not wish your input to be used for model optimization, please contact us in accordance with Article 9 of this Policy.

2、Agent Service

If you assign tasks to Aegilume’s official AI Agent, the AI Agent will automatically decompose, plan, and execute your instructions, handling a wide range of work—from code generation to project‑plan development. During this process, you will actively provide commands to the platform and can upload or attach text, code, images, files, and other materials. Meanwhile, the platform will automatically collect operational logs, usage duration, and error logs generated as you interact with Aegilume.

3、Device Permissions

When you use AI‑related image, audio, or video services, we will request your permission to access the microphone and clipboard based on the specific features and services you are using. If you decline these permissions, you will be unable to upload content through the relevant channels, but this will not affect your ability to use Aegilume’s other features.

4、Evaluation of Interactive Content

During your service experience, you may rate Aegilume’s output based on whether it meets your needs, using options such as “like,” “dislike,” or “provide feedback.” On the condition that the data has been de-identified and cannot be used to re-identify any specific individual, we will collect your ratings and feedback to enhance Aegilume’s interaction quality and optimize your service experience.

If you refuse to allow us to collect and process the aforementioned information, please enter your details with caution. By participating in this service, you will be deemed to have accepted the terms set forth above.

If the content you enter (including but not limited to creation instructions, reviews, and feedback) involves third-party information (including but not limited to personal information), please ensure that you have obtained lawful authorization before submitting such information, so as to avoid disclosing others’ personal information or infringing upon their rights.

We may use your product suggestions and bug reports to improve and iterate on our products; please do not include any sensitive personal information in your feedback.

5、Share Information

When you share or receive shared information, we need to access your clipboard to collect relevant passwords and links in order to enable features or services such as redirection and sharing. If you refuse to allow us to collect the aforementioned information, you will be unable to use the sharing feature.

(3) Interaction History Query and Management

To provide you with a seamless and consistent service experience and ensure service quality, we will record your interactions with Aegilume, including the text, code, and image content you submit, as well as the interaction topics generated based on this information. You can view and manage your historical interactions that have not yet been deleted directly from the interface.

(4) Providing Security for You

To enhance service security and protect the personal safety, property, and account security of you, other users, or the general public, we and our affiliates will collect your device information and service log data, and may use or integrate such information to comprehensively assess risks associated with your account and usage, perform identity verification, detect and prevent security incidents, and, in accordance with the law, take necessary measures for recording, auditing, analyzing, and addressing these issues. If you refuse to allow us to collect the aforementioned information, we will be unable to provide you with our services.

  2. Service Log Information: When you use our services, we automatically collect detailed information about your usage, which is stored as network logs. This includes user permissions, usage frequency, application operation details (such as the list of running applications and clipboard data), user access and activity logs (including browsing, clicks, and feedback), application crash reports, performance metrics, and app source information, all for the purpose of ensuring the proper functioning of our services.

(5) Operational Analysis

We may use service log information, your usage data, your device information, and online analytics tools based on cookies to help us analyze how users interact with this service and to enhance your service experience.

(6) To provide you with professional customer service support or assistance

You can click “Contact Us” on the Aegilume website to request customer support. To ensure the security of your personal information, we may ask you to provide necessary personal details to verify your identity. You will also need to submit a description of your issue. We and our affiliated companies will record and analyze this information to respond more promptly to your support requests and to improve our services. If you refuse to provide the aforementioned information, we may be unable to offer you the corresponding support or assistance, though this will not affect your ability to use Aegilume’s basic features.

(7) Personalized Services

Future versions of this product will introduce personalized recommendation features. When you use Aegilume‑related services, we will leverage your input as well as usage data such as clicks, browsing history, likes, searches, time spent on pages, comments, shares, and feedback to recommend content that may interest you, thereby enhancing your browsing experience. If you prefer not to receive personalized recommendations, you can disable this feature by going to “Settings – Privacy – Personalized Recommendations.” Once disabled, we will no longer use your relevant behavioral data to generate personalized recommendations; however, you can still continue to browse general content that is not tailored to your personal preferences.

(8) Features Provided Based on System Permissions

During your use of Aegilume, to enhance your user experience, we will request and access certain system permissions to collect and use your personal information. Even after obtaining these permissions, Aegilume will not collect your information unless the relevant features or services are actively running. You may choose not to grant these permissions; doing so will not affect your ability to use Aegilume’s basic functions, but you may be unable to enjoy the additional user experiences offered by those extra features.

We have implemented industry-standard, reasonable and feasible security measures to protect your information and prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss of personal information.

Although we have implemented reasonable and effective security measures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, due to technological limitations and the potential existence of malicious tactics, we cannot guarantee 100% information security. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you take proactive steps to safeguard your personal information, such as refraining from disclosing your account credentials or other personal data to third parties.

  1. Organizational Measures for Data Protection Management

We have established an industry-leading data security management system that places data at its core and is designed to cover the entire data lifecycle, enhancing the security of personal information across organizational structure, policy design, personnel management, and technology. Through training programs and assessments, we continuously reinforce employees’ awareness of the importance of safeguarding personal information.

  1. Response to Personal Information Security Incidents

If our physical, technical, or administrative security measures are compromised, resulting in unauthorized access to, public disclosure of, alteration of, or destruction of your information and thereby causing harm to your legitimate rights and interests, we will promptly activate our emergency response plan and take reasonable and necessary measures to minimize any adverse impact on you. In the event of a personal information security incident, we will also, as required by applicable laws and regulations, inform you of the basic details of the incident and its potential impacts, the measures we have taken or intend to take to address it, recommendations for you to independently prevent and mitigate risks, and the remedies available to you. We will notify you via SMS, push notifications, and other appropriate channels; if individual notification is impractical, we will publish a notice through reasonable and effective means.

  1. Prevention of Account Security Risks

Please safeguard your personal information and refrain from disclosing it through this service. If you suspect that your personal information—particularly your account or password—has been compromised, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate measures in response to your request.

VII. Protection of Minors

We primarily provide the services of this website and other related products to adults. However, we place great importance on protecting the personal information of minors. In particular, the personal information of children under the age of fourteen is considered sensitive, and we generally do not proactively collect such data. If you are a minor between the ages of fourteen and eighteen, we require that you ask your parents or other legal guardians to carefully read the entire contents of this policy, and that you use our products or services and provide us with information only with the consent of your parents or other legal guardians. Children under the age of fourteen should not voluntarily submit any personal information to us; if there is an actual need for such use, it may proceed only with the explicit consent of their guardian. If you are a parent or other legal guardian of a minor, please ensure that the minor uses this service only after obtaining your authorization and consent. If you have any questions regarding personal information, please contact us.

Due to limitations in current technologies and business models, it is difficult for us to proactively identify personal information of minors during the account registration process. If you are a guardian of a minor and become aware that we have collected such personal information without the minor’s consent, please contact us using the contact details provided in this Policy. Upon receipt of your notice, we will promptly conduct an investigation and, if the findings confirm the issue, promptly delete or anonymize the relevant information.

VIII. Updates to This Policy

To provide you with a better service experience, we continuously strive to improve our technology. We may update our Privacy Policy and notify you of the changes via SMS or other appropriate means, so that you can stay informed about the latest version of this Privacy Policy. However, without your explicit consent, we will not restrict any rights you are entitled to under this Policy.

For significant changes, we will also provide more prominent notice—such as via SMS, email, or pop-up alerts—and seek your consent in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
