3.2.2. Do not, without human review, use output containing personal information in decision-making scenarios that could have legal or substantial consequences for the individual, such as decisions related to credit, education, employment, housing, insurance, law, or healthcare. Users may not, without the requisite professional qualifications or service credentials, leverage this service to provide advice that should be rendered by qualified professionals (e.g., lawyers, physicians).
3.2.3. During your use of this service, you and your end users shall bear full responsibility for any errors, omissions, misunderstandings, inaccuracies, deviations from expectations, biased content, or any other consequences arising from the use of or reliance on AI-generated outputs provided by this service, including but not limited to code, text, recommendations, and the like. We make no express or implied warranties whatsoever regarding the outputs or operations of this service, including, without limitation, their accuracy, authenticity, reliability, safety, completeness, or lawfulness, nor do we warrant that your use of the service complies with applicable laws or respects the rights of third parties.
3.2.4. This service may include third-party software, products, or services (collectively referred to as “Third-Party Services”), and certain features of our service may incorporate content generated by such services (referred to as “Third-Party Outputs”). Both the Third-Party Services and the Third-Party Outputs are governed by their respective terms and conditions, for which we assume no responsibility.
3.2.5. We fulfill our basic obligations in accordance with applicable laws; however, we shall not bear any liability for breach of contract arising from service interruptions, data deletion, storage failures, defects in performance, delays in performance, or changes to the content of performance that fail to meet your requirements due to the following reasons:
-
Due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, riots, wars, government actions, or judicial and administrative orders;

Due to public service factors such as power supply failures or communication network disruptions, or third-party factors such as mobile device viruses, hacker attacks, or system instability;
-
To the extent that we have exercised due diligence in management, due to routine or emergency equipment and system maintenance, equipment and system malfunctions, network information and data security, and other such factors.
-
Service interruptions or functional limitations resulting from laws, regulations, policy changes, internet censorship, cross-border data transfer restrictions, or other government actions in your country or region.
3.2.6. We do not endorse, recommend, or express any opinion regarding any content or information uploaded, posted, shared, or transmitted by you or your end users on this platform, nor do we assume any liability beyond that prescribed by law for errors, defects, or any losses or damages arising from such content and information. You and your end users shall bear all risks associated with your use of such content and information. This service shall only assume corresponding liability where expressly provided for by law.

Any errors in this product and service will be corrected.
3.2.8. If you encounter information, account passwords, advertisements, or promotional materials related to alleged loans, investment and financing, wealth management, or other matters involving property, please exercise caution and make your own judgments. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from such circumstances, including losses of profits, business reputation, data, or any other tangible or intangible losses.
3.2.9. We are entitled, pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, to take action against illegal or non‑compliant content; however, such right does not constitute an obligation or commitment on our part, and we cannot guarantee that we will promptly detect unlawful conduct or take appropriate measures. You understand and agree that this Agreement is intended to ensure compliance with national laws and regulations, uphold public order and good morals, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of users and third parties. To the extent possible, we will make every reasonable effort to assess matters in accordance with applicable laws and regulations; nevertheless, we do not warrant that our determinations will be entirely consistent with those of judicial or administrative authorities. You acknowledge and agree that you shall bear any consequences arising therefrom.
3.2.10. In no event, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, shall we, our affiliates, or our licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of goodwill, data loss, or other losses arising out of your use of this software and related services. Except as expressly provided by applicable laws and regulations, our total liability to you, regardless of the cause or manner of action, shall at all times be limited to the fees you paid to us during your use of this product and service (if any).

-
When you use third-party services or the BYOK feature, your input will be forwarded to the corresponding third-party provider for processing.
-
You shall also comply with the third-party service provider’s user agreement and privacy policy; any collection and processing of data by such third parties shall be the responsibility of those third parties.
-
We assume no liability for the output results, data security, or service availability of third-party services, and we are under no obligation to conduct prior review of content returned by such third parties.

With respect to all claims asserted by third parties, you shall handle them yourself and bear all legal liabilities that may arise therefrom. If your actions cause losses to us or our affiliates, you shall compensate us and our affiliates for all such losses. Should the relevant claims involve cross-border judicial proceedings or the legal provisions of different jurisdictions, you shall assist us in responding and bear any additional costs and expenses incurred as a result.
5.5. If we determine that you have violated this Agreement or any applicable laws or regulations, we may make an independent judgment and, without prior notice to you, take appropriate measures on our own. Such measures may include, but are not limited to, issuing warnings, restricting functionality, suspending or terminating your access to or support for your Agent or application, suspending or terminating the provision of services to you, and pursuing any relevant legal liabilities against you.
5.6. If your actions cause us to suffer losses or incur penalties from administrative authorities (including direct economic losses, damage to our business reputation, and indirect economic losses such as compensation payments, settlement amounts, attorney fees, litigation costs, etc.), you shall indemnify us for the aforementioned losses. If your actions give rise to claims by third parties against us, we may seek reimbursement from you for such losses after we have fulfilled any monetary obligations or other liabilities to those third parties. The foregoing losses include, but are not limited to, fines, penalties, legal expenses, and other related costs arising from violations of laws and regulations concerning export controls, economic sanctions, cross-border data transfers, and the like.
